• Lead and evolve the People function end-to-end • Report to the Fractional Chief People Officer and work closely with the CEO, founders, and executive team • Line manage the Talent Manager and HR Generalist • Own and continuously adapt People policies and frameworks • Lead senior and hard-to-fill hires • Manage People operations across multiple countries, employment models, and cultures • Partner closely with the leadership team
• At least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles • Experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments • Strong practical knowledge of global employment law, contractor models, payroll, and operational compliance • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field • Hands-on, adaptable, and open-minded • Experience working in fully remote organisations
