📋 Description

• The Conventional Underwriter reviews, conditions and underwrites mortgage loans • Review and analyze the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors. • Review all required loan data, reports, and inspections to ensure the collateral is acceptable to investor and the company. • Provides final approval underwriting of mortgage loans.

🎯 Requirements

• Any Graduate or Above • Relevant Experience: 3 to 8 Years • Must Have Skills: Live underwriters, 4C’s, Collateral Capacity, Credit & Income, mortgage loans, loan data, reports, and inspections
