📋 Description

• Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams to shape product vision and strategy • Guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact solutions aligned with client goals • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and briefs to foster shared purpose and success metrics • Partner with clients to identify key challenges and prioritize outcomes • Oversee product delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to client expectations • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders • Leverage deep knowledge of agile methodologies to lead iterative, outcome-driven development • Mentor and coach product team members, fostering professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or alternatively, 13+ years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education • Proven track record in project management, with emphasis on process maintenance and enforcement • Experience in technically-focused fields • Minimum 1 year leading cross-functional teams • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domestically • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
