📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents supporting marketing operations and demand generation • Develop research agents to identify intent signals, company news, funding events, hiring trends, and market insights for CRM enrichment • Build AI-powered campaign management systems for paid media, email, and social campaigns • Develop NLP- and LLM-based lead nurturing workflows for personalized prospect engagement • Create human-in-the-loop evaluation frameworks for brand voice, quality, and security alignment • Integrate AI agents with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Google Analytics, and related MarTech tools • Design prompt engineering strategies to improve reasoning accuracy and minimize hallucinations • Build AI workflows using APIs, JSON, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Evaluate campaign performance and optimize autonomous marketing agents for ROI • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Growth Engineering, Marketing Engineering, Marketing Automation, or related technical roles • At least 3 years of professional experience building and deploying AI, ML, or software solutions in production environments • Experience building AI-powered workflows or autonomous agents • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar • Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms including Zapier, Make.com, Clay, or equivalent • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based applications • Experience with APIs, JSON, and RAG architectures • Knowledge of B2B marketing, buyer journeys, demand generation, and attribution models • Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM and marketing platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Advanced English level required for written and verbal communication • Preferred: experience within B2B SaaS organizations • Preferred: familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense • Preferred: experience deploying AI solutions into production environments • Preferred: knowledge of modern AI orchestration frameworks and evaluation methodologies
