📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to identify and proactively mitigate potential issues in the supply chain. • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day matters, including direct purchase agreements, order-related inquiries, and regular business reviews (WBRs/MBRs). • Ensure adherence Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as necessary. • Manage administration of contracting with a focus on optimizing supply chain efficiency and fostering positive, long-term partnerships. • Proactively identify and address any challenges or concerns faced by clients. • Work closely with internal teams, including Revenue/Growth, Product, Engineering, Patient Services, Finance and Legal teams. • Develop relevant internal and external SOPs to reflect market best practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations/program management experience, and/or strategic account management at a high-growth startup (pharmacy experience and/or healthcare tech experience is preferred). • In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively. • Experience in defining, implementing, and managing Service Level Agreements with an emphasis on performance monitoring. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Track record of achieving and surpassing strategic account management targets. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
