📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to align network and partner growth initiatives with business priorities and market opportunities. • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making. • Support long-term planning and scenario modeling to assess business opportunities and risks. • Identify, evaluate, and execute high impact projects and new market/product expansion initiatives • Serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and Finance, to align supply chain and network initiatives with operational goals. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations that leverage your understanding of the healthcare, pharmacy, or digital pharmacy landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 5-8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, pharmacy, digital pharmacy, or a related field strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships,and market expansion. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex business cases. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders. • Highly collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
