📋 Description

• Continuously analyze and optimize sales funnels (acquisition, activation, retention), identify bottlenecks and propose experiments to improve conversion. • Define and refine the acquisition channel strategy, aiming for maximum efficiency in key economic metrics (CAC, LTV, IRR, ROA, LAIR). • Map and implement growth and monetization levers for payroll-deductible loan products (consigned credit). • Lead initiatives to expand and consolidate digital self-service channels, improving the user journey and reducing reliance on human support. • Refine processes for generating qualified demand, ensuring the commercial team or digital channels receive opportunities with a higher propensity to close. • Build and present executive reports on results and strategic KPIs directly to the board and stakeholders. • Provide strategic operational support, translating business goals into actionable tactics for operational teams. • Monitor competitors and market trends to anticipate moves and propose innovations in the offering model. • Perform financial and scenario modeling to validate the feasibility of new campaigns or channels. • Collaborate with partner teams to unblock initiatives that impact growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Growth strategies, Commercial Planning or Business Intelligence. • Deep knowledge of the credit market (preferably payroll-deductible/consigned credit) and its operational dynamics. • Mastery of efficiency and profitability metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROA, IRR, LAIR). • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or Looker). • Strong analytical capability for funnel diagnostics and extracting insights from large datasets. • Experience structuring sales processes and demand generation. • Excellent communication skills and internal client-facing experience for conducting executive presentations. • Time management and prioritization focused on financial impact. • Hands-on profile with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement.
