📋 Description

• Own clipping end to end • Run the current clipping pipeline • Fix what is broken in the current pipeline • Build the plan to bring clipping fully in-house • Source, vet, brief, and pay clippers • Manage quality control • Manage clipping with third parties • Lead the creation of the company's in-house clipping machine • Drive viral campaigns on Instagram and other social platforms • Identify unconventional marketing opportunities and new ways to market • Focus on conversion and making campaigns go viral

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in clipping: agency-side, in-house, or scaled up from clipping yourself • Knowledge of clipping marketplaces and models, agencies, and freelancers • Current expertise with TikTok, X, Instagram, and Shorts • Ability to build an operation from scratch, not just follow one • Essential experience in igaming, crypto, or sports betting • Knowledge of what not to do and what does not work • Submit background, best clipping work, and how you would build the company's clipping operation
