• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion • Execute proactive outreach aligned to client goals, milestones, and business outcomes • Lead onboarding engagements and help customers achieve meaningful adoption milestones • Conduct customer success reviews to identify adoption gaps, opportunities, and next steps • Identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plans to improve customer outcomes • Facilitate customer conversations focused on business outcomes and value realization • Design and execute scalable customer engagement initiatives, including campaigns, automations, and office hours • Identify and pursue expansion and referral opportunities within existing accounts • Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within HubSpot • Share customer insights and feedback with internal stakeholders • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve customer outcomes
• 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role • Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a high-volume environment • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client initiatives from start to finish • Strong ability to lead structured business conversations and identify opportunities for improvement • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment • Experience in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment (preferred) • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
