📋 Description

• Develop sales strategy for driving business within the federal government • Serve as Bloom’s lead commercial contact across relevant Federal agencies • Educate government agencies on Bloom’s solutions and demonstrate how these align with the strategic energy priorities of the Department of Defense and other relevant departments • Ensure compliance with regulations, and manage relationships at the highest senior levels of government • Navigate the federal procurement process both externally and internally • Drive proposal and contracting process and negotiation from end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years procurement experience within and/or with federal agencies such as the Department of Defense and/or Department of Energy • Familiarity with alternative energy solutions for large-scale facilities is a plus • Expertise in federal procurement process and regulations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred • Frequent travel may be required for in-person meetings with strategic federal customers
