• Lead the growth strategy for group and individual insurance lines, including expansion of voluntary benefits within a broader portfolio • Partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop and launch new products and enhancements • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across markets, products, and distribution channels • Build, strengthen, and optimize distribution partnerships and channels to increase reach and performance • Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and deepen relationships with existing clients • Anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of plan sponsors, customers, and distribution partners • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions • Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Deep expertise in group insurance within the Canadian market • 10+ years of progressive experience in insurance, including leadership roles focused on growth, distribution, or commercial strategy • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive outcomes across product, marketing, and sales • Strong track record of building and managing distribution channels and strategic partnerships • Experience translating market insights into actionable growth strategies and product opportunities • Skilled at influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build and scale a new or evolving line of business • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Life license (LLQP) or willingness to obtain • English is a requirement, written and verbal, to provide services to our customers and communicate with internal stakeholders • Bilingualism (ENG/FR) is considered an asset.
