📋 Description

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets. • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. • Create customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs. • Manage travel bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations. • Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Provide ongoing travel support before, during, and after client trips. • Market travel services through networking, referrals, social media, and other business development activities. • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Passion for travel and creating memorable client experiences. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests. • Comfortable using online tools, email, and booking platforms. • Sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel industry experience is helpful but not required. • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
