• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, and recruitment strategies. • Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and functional roles across the Adobe ecosystem. • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, job boards, and networking strategies. • Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers. • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations. • Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Workday preferred) and provide recruiting status updates and reports. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and candidate engagement.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical and digital talent acquisition. • Proven success filling roles within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, AEP, AJO, Workfront, etc.). • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strategies. • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
