Description

• Enterprise Support Engineer (ESE) • Work directly with largest and most strategic enterprise customers • Anticipate, identify and address technical concerns • Become a trusted advisor and customer advocate • Manage "mission-critical" support escalations • Responsible for working with key customer contacts at multiple levels • Help identify IT objectives, discover customer pain points, offer recommendations • Make recommendations for operational best practices • Ensure highest levels of Customer Engagement • Build deep relationships and assemble detailed profiles of customers

Requirements

• Insatiable thirst for knowledge and improvement • Proactive and tenacious self-starter • Technically savvy with deep knowledge of networking protocols • Strong experience with common protocols and services • Thorough understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Linux with 5+ years' experience • Excellent communicator, ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences • Passion for constant improvement • Ability to prioritize and allocate resources efficiently • Experience managing customers in an enterprise environment • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
