📋 Description

• Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with product, sales, and customer success teams. • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Bluefish in the AI marketing tech landscape and resonates with our target personas. • Build and maintain product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, website copy, blog content, case studies, and more. • Drive product launches end-to-end, including planning, internal enablement, external messaging, and campaign execution. • Enable the sales team with training, messaging, competitive insights, and tools that help them win. • Gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market insights, and translate them into actionable strategies to influence both product roadmap and marketing campaigns. • Partner with product management to shape product direction based on market and customer feedback. • Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS startups. • Proven success in developing GTM strategies and executing high-impact product launches in fast-paced environments. • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively across different channels and audiences. • Deep understanding of customer personas, buyer journeys, and SaaS sales cycles. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with product, sales, and customer success teams. • Experience with competitive analysis, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement tools. • Passion for customer-centricity and a relentless drive to understand user needs and market dynamics. • Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action, eager to build processes and content from the ground up. • Experience in AI-driven or marketing tech platforms is a strong plus.
