âą Leads the design, development and/or refinement of house officer programs, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. âą Oversees the execution of house officer programs, including residencies and internships ensuring they are appropriately leveraged to achieve talent pipeline needs. âą Collaborates with stakeholders to assess house officer training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. âą Develops the strategic plan and sets direction of residency programs and internships (rotating/specialty). âą Functions as part of a high-performing clinical development team to execute upon program objectives. âą Monitors KPIs to ensure strong ROI and alignment with practice strategy. âą Oversees relationships with external industry partners including universities. âą Serves as advocate for clinical engagement and culture of learning across the practice. âą Delivers program training content in person or virtually and is available for consultation as needed. âą Develops and implements key performance metrics for functional area and ensure regular reporting of results to stakeholders.
âą Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) âą One-year rotating internship and board-certified specialist required. âą 8+ years of job-related experience in a leadership role within the veterinary industry required. âą Must have prior role with focus on clinical talent development. âą Experience in an academic environment preferred.
