📋 Description
• Offer world-class customer support to Canadian clients • Answer questions concerning products, ordering, sample requirements, and clinical statements • Take care of order processing, quality control, and recording sample information • Contribute to developing customer communication process • Report directly to the Genomic Client Services Team Supervisor in the United States
🎯 Requirements
• A vocational or bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences or relevant field • 1-2 years of experience from a demanding customer service position • Ability to communicate fluently in French and English • Excellent problem-solving skills • Results-oriented mind-set with strong attention to detail • Previous work experience from medical or life science environment is an advantage
