📋 Description

• Technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 environment • Design and implementation of automations with Power Automate • Development of productive Copilot use cases • Creation of internal assistants using Copilot Studio • Integration of SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and other M365 components • Troubleshooting of Copilot and automation setups • Documentation and standardization of solutions • Workshops and client-facing work • Support and, prospectively, independent delivery of: prompting workshops, Copilot training, practical demos for executives • Answering technical follow-up questions • Translating complex technical topics into clear, understandable language • Operational support for executive management • Preparation and follow-up of client meetings • Structuring use cases • Contributing to solution architecture • Establishing best practices and internal standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio or Power Automate • Technical understanding of processes • Excellent communication skills • Professional client-facing manner • Very good German, spoken and written • Structured and independent way of working • Openness to feedback • Nice to have: experience in consulting • Knowledge of M365 governance • Some experience facilitating workshops
