📋 Description

• Serve as Interim COO / Operations Director on a part-time/fractional 3-month rolling contract • Partner directly with the CEO to design and implement scalable operations for European expansion • Lead European logistics rollout: select and negotiate with 3PL providers, ensuring service, cost, and reliability • Design efficient EU inventory flows and fulfilment processes for consumer and wholesale channels • Establish and implement operational SLAs and compliance frameworks for cosmetics distribution • Build scalable systems and processes balancing quality, cost control, and growth readiness • Ensure operations align with brand expansion and commercial goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as COO / Operations Director in beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, or closely related D2C/B2B industries • Strong expertise in international logistics, supply chain, and distribution (ideally within the EU market) • Experience selecting, negotiating with, and managing outsourced 3PL providers • Experience scaling consumer brands across multiple countries • Ability to design processes and also roll up sleeves to execute (strategic yet hands-on) • Collaborative and commercially astute mindset • Skills required: COO SOPs EU 3PL CBD Skincare • Education/Qualifications: Degree or MBA (Bachelor degree minimum implied) • Right to Work in Country: Eligible to work without sponsorship • Availability for part-time/fractional engagement (2–3 days per week)
