• Serve as the local Finance executive overseeing all aspects of financial strategy, planning, forecasting, operations, and reporting • Oversee the implementation and development of the Hospital’s annual operating and capital budgets • Provide executive-level financial insights to the Hospital CEO and Board • Lead integration of financial planning with clinical and operational strategies • Champion data governance and financial analytics for evidence-based decision-making • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience • At least 5 years in a senior leadership or CFO-equivalent role • Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Membership in ACHE preferred • Expertise in hospital finance, strategic planning, capital management, and healthcare reimbursement • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level presentation
