📋 Description

• Analyze guarantees for corporate-segment credit operations, as well as requests for adjustments to the corresponding standard templates • Analyze collateral for issuance of bank guarantees • Analyze collateral for foreign exchange operations • Provide legal advice on matters related to corporate-segment credit operations, contracts, capital markets transactions, and corporate law • Keep the corporate segment's standard templates updated in accordance with regulatory changes and market best practices • Provide legal support to the Products team for the corporate segment • Conduct the analysis and formalization of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for the Company's Financial Conglomerate • Coordinate the preparation of data rooms to support audits in capital markets transactions involving companies within the Company's Financial Conglomerate • Review the completion of corporate documents for companies within the Company's Financial Conglomerate and support regulatory procedures and filings related to such documents

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial market, working on drafting and reviewing contracts and legal opinions • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills • Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Advanced English (written and spoken) is a plus
