📋 Description

• The Attorney will join the Ações Contrárias team, which is part of Omni's Litigation Legal Department, to handle and execute legal and administrative matters focused on strategic civil and criminal oversight, with emphasis on banking and consumer law, and on managing external law firms. • Responsibilities include analyzing judicial and extrajudicial documents, scheduling deadlines, drafting medium-complexity procedural documents, responding to official requests and judicial/extrajudicial notifications, preparing legal opinions and reports, conducting doctrinal and case-law research, and recording/updating data in the case management system, while maintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external clients (interface). • Will implement action plans and preventive measures to ensure optimal case handling and risk mitigation, applying departmental strategies and reporting key indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Solid experience practicing as an Attorney; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with electronic case management systems; • Strong writing skills and good interpersonal communication; • Analytical and strategic mindset, proactivity, and the ability to work in a team. • Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure or Civil Law (preferred); • Experience in banking law, consumer law, and consumer criminal law (preferred); • Experience in high-volume litigation (preferred).
