📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, corporate, service and confidentiality agreements, as well as other legal instruments; • Provide legal advice to internal teams, supporting decision-making and mitigating legal risks; • Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings handled by external law firms; • Analyze and interpret laws, rules and regulations applicable to the company’s activities; • Issue legal opinions and recommendations to support operations and corporate projects; • Support corporate matters, including drafting minutes, powers of attorney and corporate documents; • Manage regulatory and compliance-related requests; • Participate in negotiations with clients, suppliers and partners, assessing risks and proposing legal solutions; • Track procedural, contractual and regulatory deadlines; • Develop and review internal legal policies, procedures and workflows; • Support internal and external audits by providing legal documentation and information; • Prepare management reports and monitor department KPIs; • Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks to the business; • Support leadership on strategic matters related to corporate governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Previous experience in corporate legal practice; • Knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Law and Company Law; • Knowledge of Civil and Commercial Legislation; • Experience in contract review and negotiation; • Knowledge of Compliance and Corporate Governance; • Experience monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings; • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; • Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
