📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive shopper marketing strategies across key retail channels including grocery, mass, specialty, and e-commerce • Partner with sales team to create retailer-specific marketing programs that drive traffic, conversion, and basket size • Design and manage in-store and online promotional campaigns, including displays, endcaps, digital shelf marketing, and sampling programs • Lead the development of shopper marketing materials including shelf signage, educational materials, demo kits, and promotional assets • Analyze shopper insights, retail data, and category trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize program performance • Manage shopper marketing budget, ensuring ROI on all programs and efficient allocation of resources • Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints • Build relationships with retail partners to secure optimal placement, promotional support, and co-marketing opportunities • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation • Track and report on program effectiveness using retail data, sales metrics, and consumer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of shopper marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing experience, preferably in CPG • Experience in infant/baby category, natural products, or premium consumer brands is a strong plus • Proven track record of developing successful shopper marketing programs that deliver measurable results • Strong understanding of retail landscape across traditional and digital channels • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze retail data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously • Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative solutions within budget constraints • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority • Knowledge of retail media networks and digital shopper marketing tactics • Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships • Passion for Bobbie's mission and commitment to supporting parents
