📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for assigned Real Property Systems of Record, including GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, GIS, and other systems as required. • Provide system administration, data analysis, reporting, and technical support to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with DoD requirements. • Support real property data validation, quality assurance, audit readiness efforts, and reporting activities. • Analyze system data and develop reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support decision-making and infrastructure planning. • Collaborate with government stakeholders and project teams to identify requirements, resolve system issues, and improve business processes. • Maintain proficiency in applicable systems, modules, and supporting technologies. • Support user access management, training requirements, and system role coordination, as applicable. • Prepare technical documentation, data analyses, and status reports for government customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience within the past 24 months supporting GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, and GIS, including associated modules and functionality. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Demonstrated proficiency in database management. • For GFEBS support, must possess or be able to obtain the following GFEBS roles: Real Property Viewer, Real Property Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, Business Intelligence, Plant Property and Equipment Reporter. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with government stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams. • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. • Must possess and maintain a favorable NACI Public Trust determination at contract start through employment. • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT). • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel. • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
