📋 Description
• Como Ejecutivo de Cobranzas, serás el encargado de abordar a nuestros comercios de acuerdo a los requerimientos del área. • Cumpliendo las políticas de calidad y productividad, así mismo, serás el responsable de reducir los niveles de mora. • Contactar a los comercios que se encuentren en mora y persuadirlos al pago. • Ofrecer alternativas de pago con el fin de normalizar las obligaciones. • Resolver o redireccionar las dudas de los comercios frente al producto. • Cumplir con la meta de recaudo establecida por el área. • Brindar insights que permitan la mejora de procesos.
🎯 Requirements
• Profesional o estudiante de carreras administrativas de 4to semestre en adelante. • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia realizando cobro de cartera para entidades bancarias y Fintech. • Conocimientos en Google Workspace (Especialmente Sheets, Forms, Docs y Slides).
