• Liderar la planificación, seguimiento y ejecución de proyectos clave dentro del área de Sales Operations. • Coordinar la comunicación entre equipos de ventas, producto, tecnología, marketing y experiencia de cliente para garantizar la alineación y avance de cada iniciativa. • Monitorear los indicadores de desempeño y documentar resultados de pilotos y proyectos implementados. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos comerciales, proponiendo soluciones innovadoras y escalables. • Asegurar que las nuevas herramientas o productos se integren de manera efectiva al flujo operativo del equipo comercial. • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre avances, aprendizajes y resultados obtenidos. • Gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos y prioridades para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
• Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Negocios o carreras afines. • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en entornos comerciales, fintech, tecnología o startups. • Conocimiento en metodologías de manejo de proyectos. • Manejo de Excel avanzado. • Manejo de PowerBI.
