• Apoyar la evaluación de procesos internos y en la mejora de la calidad del servicio al cliente tanto interno como externo. • Desarrollar auditorías, monitoreos y controles, con el fin de mejorar procesos y poder prestar el mejor servicio de la industria. • Proponer mejoras de los procesos ya existentes a nivel comercial. • Contribuir con el desarrollo sostenible del flujo de venta en los canales de ventas Hubs, Smb, Enterprise. • Analizar datos para identificar tendencias y procesos de mejora. • Realizar visitas de auditoría a comercios vinculados con Bold a nivel nacional. • Efectuar validaciones y seguimientos de malas prácticas que se puedan identificar a nivel interno para mitigar riesgos. • Llevar a cabo capacitaciones y herramientas innovadoras para el fortalecimiento de conceptos en el área comercial. • Mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad.
• Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres en áreas administrativas, ingenierías, talento humano o afines. • Experiencia de 1 año o más en documentación de procesos, creación y seguimiento de controles. • Experiencia demostrable en cargos o proyectos comerciales y/o de servicio al cliente. • Manejo de Microsoft Office Suites, looker studio. • Adaptabilidad al cambio. • Disponibilidad para viajar esporádicamente. • Conocimiento en fraude interno (deseable). • Conocimiento en AWS (deseable).
