📋 Description

• Own delivery for multiple concurrent client projects with distinct scopes, stakeholders, and timelines • Run day-to-day mobile app development projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination • Translate business requirements into technical scope for engineering teams • Explain technical constraints to clients in plain language • Track budget, timeline, and scope across projects • Identify and flag risks proactively • Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs • Maintain current project documentation, specifications, and status information • Run client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours • Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a technical project manager specifically in software development • Understanding of product and product management principles is highly welcomed • Agency or consultancy background, managing multiple client accounts with different priorities • Mobile app development project experience, including iOS/Android release cycles and app store review timelines • English proficiency at C1 or above • Availability to overlap with US Eastern time through 5 PM EST • Comfort working with technical tooling such as Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or equivalent • Ability to read technical specifications or bug reports and understand timeline implications • Comfortable with AI-augmented development workflows and understanding of how agentic development affects estimation and QA • Direct communication when projects are slipping, with early escalation and a plan
