📋 Description

• Lead large-scale technical programs across Product, Engineering, and PMO • Partner with executive stakeholders, including VP and C-level leaders • Deliver AI/ML and GenAI products or features from use-case definition through production launch and post-launch iterations • Manage the AI model lifecycle and support responsible AI governance in partnership with Security and Legal • Define program strategy and roadmaps, then own day-to-day execution, tracking, and delivery • Track roadmap progress, risks, and deliverables using project management tools • Map technical program outcomes to revenue, cost savings, and operational efficiency metrics • Integrate technical architecture, operational workflows, and business processes across business units • Present program status, technical risks, and strategic trade-offs to executive stakeholders • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership and stakeholders • Drive cultural change and apply AI to measurable business outcomes • Complete employment verification and background check as part of onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Product / Engineering / PMO • 3+ years of experience working closely with C-level executives • Demonstrated success leading and managing large-scale initiatives across organizations in a matrixed, globally-diverse workforce • Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI products or features from use-case definition through production launch and post-launch iterations • Experience with AI model lifecycle • Exposure to responsible AI governance and partnership with Security and Legal • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI development and productivity tools such as Claude and Cursor • Hands-on experience applying SDLC, Project Management, and Product Life-Cycle methodologies • Experience configuring project management tooling such as Jira and Confluence • Experience mapping technical program outcomes to business revenue, cost savings, or operational efficiency metrics • Track record of owning a technical program lifecycle from strategy and roadmap definition through execution, tracking, and delivery • Experience managing multi-million dollar or multi-team programs integrating technical architecture, operational workflows, and business processes across distinct business units • Experience presenting program status, technical risks, and strategic trade-offs to VP and C-level executives • Professional working English proficiency, spoken and written • 8+ years of people management skills • One or more of PMP, CSM, CPO, PgMP, IAPM, CISSP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certifications • Experience with hybrid cloud solutions • Ability to apply AI to real business problems and measurable outcomes • Experience with cultural change management • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ambiguity or competing priorities • Ability to tailor information presentation to audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors • Successful completion of employment verification and background checks • Hardware and software setup is mandatory
