📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Java microservices with Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate • Develop and integrate REST/SOAP services and Kafka-based messaging solutions • Optimize SQL queries and ensure performance on Oracle Database • Contribute to core banking transformation and legacy-modernization initiatives • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, providing technical leadership and code reviews • Ensure high availability, resilience, and regulatory compliance across distributed systems • Modernize and support mission-critical services for a leading banking platform • Deliver new features, reduce technical debt, and ensure regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise Java development (Java 11/17+) • Deep Spring Framework / Spring Boot expertise • Proven experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures • Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate and Maven or Gradle • Proficiency in Kafka (or similar messaging) and Oracle Database performance tuning • Solid grasp of core banking architecture, integration patterns, and high-availability design • Experience in production-critical financial environments and Agile/Scrum delivery • Fluent English • Strong analytical and stakeholder-communication skills • Exposure to core banking platforms such as Oracle FLEXCUBE, Temenos T24, Finacle, Mambu, or Thought Machine is a nice-to-have • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and AWS/Azure/GCP is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, automated testing, and ISO 20022/SWIFT standards is a nice-to-have • Background in core banking migration or transformation programs is a nice-to-have
