📋 Description

• Support data governance and data management activities across regulatory reporting processes • Identify, analyze, and help resolve data quality issues • Maintain and improve business glossaries and data definitions • Implement and monitor data quality controls • Define and document data lineage across relevant systems and reporting flows • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements • Contribute to compliance with BCBS239 and internal data governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data governance, data management, or similar roles • Experience in the banking or financial services industry • Strong SQL skills • Strong data analysis capabilities • Understanding of data warehousing and reporting • Knowledge of database structures • Experience with MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English, written and spoken • English: upper-intermediate • Nice to have: experience with regulatory reporting • Nice to have: knowledge of BCBS239 • Nice to have: business knowledge of banking products, systems, and processes • Nice to have: experience with data lineage frameworks • Nice to have: experience with data quality frameworks
