📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and ASP.NET • Implement features and fix bugs as an active development team member • Estimate, plan, and deliver development tasks alongside other engineers • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • Provide technical guidance and support to team members • Lead technical discussions and participate in architecture and design decisions • Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices • Improve application architecture, performance, maintainability, and reliability • Coordinate technical activities with other engineering teams when required • Take responsibility for the technical quality of team deliverables • Ensure work is distributed effectively while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes • Support engineers in resolving complex technical issues • Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement • Coordinate technical aspects of software releases • Prepare and tag release candidates • Complete required technical release documentation • Participate in bi-weekly release rotation and occasional hotfix deployments • Support observability, monitoring, and diagnostics in cloud environments • Investigate production issues using logs, metrics, and tracing data • Contribute to system reliability and operational excellence • Work on a subscription-renewal portal for managing software-license resellers, focused on usage visibility, optimization, and expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core • Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Core • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles • Experience designing scalable and maintainable application architectures • Strong knowledge of Dependency Injection (DI), dependency lifetimes, and inversion of control • Deep understanding of asynchronous programming using async/await, including performance considerations and common pitfalls • Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and troubleshooting production issues • Experience implementing and using observability solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including logging, metrics, and monitoring • Experience with MongoDB and understanding of document databases compared to relational databases • Experience working with relational databases and data migration strategies • Understanding of the ASP.NET Core request pipeline and middleware architecture • Experience performing code reviews and identifying code quality, performance, and maintainability issues • Experience working in Agile development teams • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar • Ability to effectively leverage AI assistants in daily development workflows • Upper-intermediate English
