📋 Description
• Plan and execute comprehensive manual tests across new and existing functionality. • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks leveraging Selenium/Selenide. • Own the full quality assurance lifecycle: test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking. • Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to align on quality goals and release timelines. • Champion QA best practices and foster a culture of quality within the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated background testing complex systems in demanding business contexts. • Proficiency in Java for building test automation solutions. • Deep knowledge of Selenium/Selenide frameworks. • Ability to manage QA activities independently and proactively. • Solid experience in manual testing and strong analytical problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. • Strong stress tolerance in fast-paced environments.
