📋 Description

• As part of the team, you will advise our clients and support them in their digital transformation — from concept to implementation, with a particular focus on e-invoicing and digital processes. • You will assist in creating functional specifications and implementing e-invoicing projects. This includes subject-matter and legal dimensions as well as processes, organization, change and technology. • You will prepare for, follow up on, and actively participate in client meetings and workshops — for example for process capture, system selection or training of business units. • You will analyze existing processes in accounting and procurement, identify optimization opportunities and present the results in a structured way. • You will build expertise in areas related to the Financial Supply Chain and in the further development of topics such as e-invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree in Business, Business Informatics / Information Systems or a comparable field. • One to two years of project experience (e.g., through internships or working-student roles) in consulting or accounting. • Analytical thinking, a structured working style and a desire to make complex topics easy to understand. • Enthusiasm for digitalization, process optimization and working at the interfaces between technology and organization. • Strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. • Very good German and English skills.
