📋 Description

• Lead project delivery for client engagements to establish a service-oriented approach in IT organizations • Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures • Support the implementation and/or adaptation of ITSM processes at the client • Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods • Provide subject-matter leadership to other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in consulting as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization • Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM • Highly independent and self-driven working style, able to take responsibility in challenging situations • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
