📋 Description

• Internalize, reflect on and convey agile values and principles • Develop target visions and individual “Agile Transformation Roadmaps” • Establish continuous learning and an open culture of learning from mistakes • Drive the development of an agile mindset across all levels

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably with additional qualifications • Proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach • A deeply ingrained agile mindset • Practical experience supporting multiple agile teams • Empathy and communication skills, team spirit and methodological expertise • Business-fluent German and English • Willingness to travel as a consultant • Experience setting up and managing innovation processes is an advantage • Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, LeSS Practitioner) are a plus
