📋 Description

• Responsibility for applications supporting cross-functional areas (e.g., Finance, Management Accounting/Controlling, HR, Risk) • Analyze and optimize processes in collaboration with business units and IT • Develop new concepts and actively shape the ongoing development of systems and processes • Close collaboration with internal and external partners • Clarify and resolve customer inquiries • Assume responsibility for and lead new projects • Prepare compelling presentations and decision documents for different target audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally from the banking or financial sector • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus • Ability to speak a common language with IT and to translate business requirements clearly • Initial professional experience in the securities environment is desirable but not required • Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work • Negotiation skills and a methodical working style • Confident presence and persuasive communication • Supportiveness and teamwork are important
