📋 Description

• Provide timely responses to inbound support requests • Triage and resolve client issues collaboratively • Escalate complex or urgent issues according to protocols • Maintain detailed records of client interactions • Participate in team meetings and skills trainings

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience working with compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools • Knowledge of NGP8, EveryAction, VAN or VoteBuilder • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Professional phone manner and patience • Proven ability to self-motivate and demonstrate work ethic • Strong collaboration skills
