📋 Description

• Support and execute day-to-day Source-to-Pay processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and payment functions • Follow and help document procurement policies and controls • Maintain S2P platform data integrity, execute workflows, and assist with user adoption • Track contracts, renewals, supplier off-boarding, milestones, expirations, and compliance gaps • Maintain the centralized contract repository • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather documentation and support contract execution • Support RFx processes, vendor evaluations, and supplier onboarding • Coordinate supplier reviews and track performance against SLAs, quality, and cost metrics • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and report on savings initiatives • Ensure compliance with three-way matching, approval workflows, and internal audit requirements • Maintain procurement dashboards tracking spend, savings, cycle times, and compliance metrics • Support S2P platform administration and stakeholder navigation and usage • Identify opportunities for process automation or manual effort reduction • Serve as a procurement point of contact for US-based Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and HR teams • Prepare data summaries, reports, and documentation for procurement decisions and leadership updates • Communicate in English with US-based stakeholders to resolve issues and gather information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Licenciatura in a relevant discipline accepted) • 2–4 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, or vendor coordination experience • Hands-on experience supporting CLM and/or P2P processes — direct system usage and workflow execution required • Familiarity with supplier coordination, requisition-to-PO workflows, invoice matching, and audit compliance • Experience working with at least one Source-to-Pay platform such as Zip, Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer • Exposure to SaaS vendor management, including subscription tracking, license coordination, or contract renewals • Solid Excel and data skills; ability to build and maintain reports and support business case preparation • Full professional-level English required — written and verbal • Core working hours align with US Central or Eastern time zones; overlap of at least 6 hours with US business hours required • Reliable high-speed internet connection required • Bilingual English/Spanish required • At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization • Experience with Zip, category management concepts, and technology or SaaS companies preferred
