📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for IT vendors and services • Review, organize, and manage contracts and supplier agreements • Support vendor negotiations and contract renewals • Conduct financial analysis to support procurement decisions • Partner with internal stakeholders on sourcing and vendor management initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies • Support high-impact sourcing initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Help drive operational excellence within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency • Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management • Strong analytical and financial skills • Experience working with contracts and supplier negotiations • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills • Analytics Skills • Problem Solving Skills • Strong communication skills • Project Management Skills • Coupa / Levelpath • MS Office Suite • PowerBI • QuickBase • IT Procurement or Technology Sourcing experience (preferred) • Software licensing and contract management experience (preferred) • Knowledge of vendor and supplier management practices (preferred) • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire • FBS does not sponsor or obtain work authorization unless explicitly stated • Employees will not be permitted to engage in parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities • Any ownership, partnership, directorship, or participation in other businesses or companies must be fully disclosed and formally reviewed
