📋 Description

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation. • Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency. • Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations. • Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making. • Assists in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing. • Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, ensuring account requirements are met. • Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, proactively resolving issues such as shortages and delays. • Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships. • Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity, ensuring alignment with business needs. • May be responsible for delivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth and reliable supply chain operations. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field. • Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.
