📋 Description
• Draft, edit, and publish basic help center content and release notes. • Work from internal specifications, SME interviews, and product testing to translate features into written guidance. • Contribute to templates and voice consistency in documentation. • Perform light HTML or CMS formatting as needed. • Capture and annotate screenshots. • Participate in documentation review cycles and incorporate feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in writing, editing, or documentation support. • Experience with help centers, customer support content, or SaaS product writing. • Exposure to union clients or political campaign environments highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred). • At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.
