📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent. • Coordinate and facilitate a welcoming onboarding experience. • Support employee offboarding. • Assist with light IT & administrative tasks. • Support ad hoc People Operations initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, covering both technical and non-technical roles. • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. • Skilled at sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines. • Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Comfortable assisting with basic IT coordination.
