📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses, prospects, or provided lead lists using scripts and calling guidelines. • Introduce commercial insurance services in a clear, professional, and engaging manner. • Speak with business owners, managers, or decision-makers to identify interest and potential insurance needs. • Qualify prospects based on business type, interest level, availability, and client-specific criteria. • Schedule qualified appointments, consultations, or follow-up calls for commercial insurance agents. • Accurately update CRM records, call notes, lead status, and appointment details. • Follow scripts while keeping conversations natural, confident, and professional. • Handle objections, rejections, and follow-up conversations with patience and professionalism. • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume, contact rate, and appointments booked. • Maintain strong call quality, consistent follow-through, and a professional tone in every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based and able to work remotely. • Strong spoken and written English communication skills. • Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, sales support, or customer service. • Comfortable making outbound B2B calls and speaking with business owners, managers, or decision-makers. • Able to work full-time during U.S. business hours aligned with Texas time zone. • Confident handling objections, rejections, and follow-up conversations. • Goal-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, VoIP tools, or call-tracking platforms. • Reliable internet connection, working computer, headset, and quiet work environment.
