• Delivering expert training sessions that make platform setup seamless for new providers. • Reaching out proactively via phone, email, and WhatsApp to keep clients on track for key activation milestones. • Troubleshooting implementation challenges confidently while maintaining a "People First" approach. • Acting as a core functional expert, helping non-technical business owners understand our ecosystem easily.
🎯 Requirements
• **What you’ll bring** • - A track record of managing and onboarding B2B clients, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced customer success environment. • - The ability to cut through the noise, spot a customer's true operational pain point, and explain solutions clearly. • - Excellent relationship-building skills that resonate with independent business owners. • - Fluency in English (advanced conversational) to coordinate across our international markets. • - Experience navigating Salesforce or Google Suite to track client health metrics efficiently.
