• **What you’ll bring** • - A track record of managing and onboarding B2B clients, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced customer success environment. • - The ability to cut through the noise, spot a customer's true operational pain point, and explain solutions clearly. • - Excellent relationship-building skills that resonate with independent business owners. • - Fluency in English (advanced conversational) to coordinate across our international markets. • - Experience navigating Salesforce or Google Suite to track client health metrics efficiently.
