📋 Description

• Preparing and delivering accurate monthly and annual consolidated financial statements and supporting internal reporting, all in compliance with Polish GAAP. • Managing intercompany (IC) transactions, including reconciliation and confirmation, and assisting with audit and review processes. • Collaborating with accounting teams across the Group, external auditors, and advisors to resolve accounting treatment issues and ensure smooth reporting processes. • Contributing to the development and implementation of Group Accounting Policy, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely financial reporting. • Participating in strategic financial projects, such as the implementation of new accounting standards and the accounting for new acquisitions, as well as implementing internal controls in the accounting area.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years as a consolidation specialist in an international group of companies. • Deep knowledge of Polish GAAP, supported by a degree in Finance/Accounting or a Polish Accountants Association certificate (min. 2nd degree). • Advanced Excel skills and a systematic, detail-oriented approach to resolving complex accounting issues. • Fluency in English (min. B2+), as you’ll be liaising with staff and advisors across our global offices. • A collaborative "team player" mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing scale-up environment. • It will also help you to have: • Familiarity with Business Central (Navision) or previous experience with ERP implementations
