• You’ll need provable, deep expertise and experience in sales, with a specific focus on a managerial role within the SaaS industry. • Provable, deep expertise and experience in developing and scaling sales strategies specifically for phone-based/remote sales channels. • Provable, deep expertise and experience in implementing new sales processes or technologies to improve efficiency and drive scalability. • Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a high-trust, high-performance environment. • Provable, deep expertise and experience in preparing detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for executive review. • Fluency in English, written and spoken, as Booksy operates as an English-first company for internal comms like All Hands and Strategy updates. • Experience leading B2B SAAS sales teams (Nice to have). • Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models (Nice to have). • Skilled at analyzing complex sales data (conversion rates, rep productivity, funnel metrics) to uncover bottlenecks, forecast effectively, and make data-driven decisions that optimize sales performance and scalability (Nice to have).
