📋 Description

• Act as an operational co-pilot to cross-functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Product • Own end-user support, process improvements, and platform adoption across the Salesforce technology stack and ecosystem • Independently turn ambiguous business requests into structured scope, clear documentation, and actionable next steps • Partner directly with internal stakeholders to streamline key workflows • Champion strict data governance to maintain system integrity • Leverage Salesforce best practices across clouds to maximize platform capabilities • Prepare for and contribute to engineering refinement and estimation sessions • Deliver high-autonomy, hands-on solutions that produce positive business outcomes • Report to the Salesforce Architecture Manager within the Salesforce team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Proven ability to independently generate user stories, requirements, scope documentation, and assumptions logs • Active Salesforce Administrator certification • Active Salesforce Platform App Builder certification • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI • Ability to translate business needs into technical solution designs • Deep understanding of systems and automation driving end-to-end business processes • Experience preparing for and contributing to engineering refinement and estimation sessions • Ability to address detailed technical and process questions on the spot • Fluent, independent proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) • Strong creative problem-solving skills • Excellent time management • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities • Application and CV must be submitted in English • Preferred: experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce • Preferred: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, and/or Agentforce Consultant certifications • Preferred: ability to align Salesforce configurations with long-term business goals and analyze, visualize, and solve complex problems • Preferred: proactive ownership, prioritization, blocker escalation, concise structured communication, and cross-functional collaboration
