📋 Description

• Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, website content, and customer engagement channels. • Create, edit, and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and promotional content. • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms. • Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand's luxury positioning. • Draft and publish blog content to support customer engagement and SEO objectives. • Build and manage email campaigns and automated customer journeys using Klaviyo. • Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and website content within Shopify. • Update website banners, promotional messaging, and seasonal campaign content. • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on key marketing metrics. • Review engagement and website data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Contribute ideas for campaigns, content initiatives, and promotional activities. • Support the implementation of marketing strategies developed with leadership. • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise visibility and engagement. • Assist with paid advertising activities through creative asset preparation and campaign support. • Support customer communications and help maintain a positive customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands. • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. • Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media channels. • Experience using Canva or similar design tools. • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation. • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks. • Creative thinker who enjoys contributing ideas and testing new approaches. • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
